We do not collect or store Social Security Numbers or other sensitive personal identifiers unless strictly required for tax-related business registration and authorised by you in advance.

We keep customer records only as long as necessary to deliver services and meet legal obligations. Remote-session recordings (if any) are retained for up to 30 days and then securely deleted unless required for troubleshooting or compliance.

Our services are business-to-business and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
If we discover a breach that affects your PII, we will notify you via email within 7 business days and provide remediation guidance.
We will post any revisions on this page and update the “Effective Date.” Material changes will be announced via email or a site banner.
